Wellness Nurse - Geriatric Care, Full-Time

Green Oaks Senior Living

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio seeks a Wellness Nurse to support residents with ongoing clinical monitoring, collaborate with community nurses and caregivers, and help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. You will screen and assess residents, administer medications per physicians' orders, coordinate with outside providers, document changes, and stay up to date with state regulations while delivering compassionate, team-oriented care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC
