Location: Springfield, IL

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Springfield, Illinois. This opportunity offers a four-day work week with a schedule that will be discussed directly with the practice partner to ensure a great fit for both parties.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of clinical experience and a strong interest in sedation dentistry . However, we are also open to considering new graduates who demonstrate the clinical skills, confidence, and eagerness to develop in a comprehensive dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver exceptional patient care
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Interest in sedation dentistry required
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience
• New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical dental care

Schedule

• Four days per week
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Specific schedule to be discussed with the practice partner
