Commercial Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience working with electrical wiring, panels, lighting systems, and commercial equipment while following all safety and code regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems and components.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.

Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical panels, fixtures, and devices.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently.

Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Test electrical systems and equipment for proper operation.

Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and team members on projects.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Commercial Electrician.

Knowledge of commercial electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with NEC codes and safety standards.

Experience using electrical hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to work at different job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Electrical license or certification preferred but not required

OSHA certification is a plus.

Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed.
