About The Role As Fora expands globally, we’re hiring a Senior Manager, International Sales Operations to build and own the systems that power advisor acquisition across international markets. This is a high‑ownership, infrastructure‑focused role at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations. Reporting to the Head of International and partnering closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams, this person will shape the international sales infrastructure, enabling scalable advisor growth outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel. Key Responsibilities International Ops & Localization Design and localize the international acquisition journey, building scalable workflows and sales sequences tailored to each region’s norms and channels. Build and integrate new international lead‑facing tools and communication channels such as WhatsApp for Business, WeChat, and Intercom. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve the advisor lead experience. Funnel Ownership Own the end‑to‑end international advisor sales funnel in the CRM, from lead sourcing and scoring through conversion and handoff. Build and continuously improve inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive high‑quality international pipeline. Create and maintain sales playbooks, outreach sequences, objection‑handling guides, and scripts tailored to international markets. Establish funnel reporting and analytics by tracking conversion rates at each stage, identifying drop‑off points, and implementing data‑driven improvements. Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors. AI & Tech Enablement Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency, including lead qualification, follow‑ups, and internal workflows. Build or contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation that increase productivity across international operations. Partner with internal teams to test and deploy AI‑driven solutions that support advisor growth at scale. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Team Management Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Operations to implement company‑wide initiatives, experiments, and improvements. Act as a voice of the international advisor, sharing insights to inform product and operational decisions. Onboard and manage remote team members. Requirements 4‑8 years of experience in a revenue operations or go‑to‑market role with direct exposure to sales processes Proven experience building or improving sales processes and workflows with measurable impact on funnel performance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex systems and multiple workflows simultaneously Fluency in English and at least one additional language Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and internal stakeholders Strongly Preferred Experience supporting or selling into international markets across regions such as LATAM, APAC, Europe, or the Middle East Experience designing localized sales motions or adapting go‑to‑market strategies by region Familiarity with international communication tools and channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or similar platforms Experience using AI tools to enhance sales workflows, automation, or productivity Background in a startup or high‑growth environment with exposure to systems‑building or operational scaling Compensation Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100K‑$150K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role. WORK AUTHORIZATION

Authorization to work in the United States is required for full‑time roles based in our New York City office. Fora is unable to sponsor or assist with U.S. work authorization. Roles based outside of the United States are not subject to this requirement.
