Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

This permanent leadership opportunity is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist ready to lead an outpatient clinic, develop a team and participate financially in the results they help create. Compensation Options Option A: Lower guaranteed base salary plus 25% bonus based on the clinic’s monthly net profit. Option B: $80,000 base salary plus 15% bonus based on the clinic’s monthly net profit. Overall compensation is expected to range from approximately $90,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, compensation structure and clinic performance.
