Point Of Care Ambulatory Lab Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Provides technical and regulatory oversight for the point of care (POC) testing program across BayCare's ambulatory settings
- Ensures high-quality patient testing through compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP...), staff training and competency, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborates with laboratory leadership, ambulatory leadership, providers, nursing, vendors and other interdisciplinary teams to support safe, accurate, and efficient POC testing services.
- Assists with special projects and other duties assigned by the scientific director in support of organizational priorities.

Experience
- Required - 4 years clinical laboratory related
Education
- Required - bachelor's in biological science or clinical science related
Certification
- Required - Florida clinical laboratory supervisor license.
Status: Full Time
Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Weekend work: no
