Menasha Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Business Team Member to join our team in Menasha, WI. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing the front desk. What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily schedules
• Verify insurance
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Present treatment plans
• Coordinate seamlessly with dental teams at both locations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to float between clinical and front office roles as needed
• Previous dental experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and multitasking abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High level of customer service skills
• Superior attention to detail

Current Patient Care Hours:

Monday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm
