Your Role With Us:
Associate Financial Analyst
Primary Functions:
1. Analyze introductory-level financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Senior Leadership for decision making purposes.
2. Provide consultation to business owners on financial matters.
3. Maintain and confirm accuracy of: Monthly financial reporting, costing and decision support, forecasting and long range financial planning software
4. Improve performance by evaluating and quantifying processes that drive cost saving efficiencies.
5. Administer and produce business cases using financial tools; such as NPV, ROI and sensitivity analysis.
6. Provide financial analysis functions as directed by the Financial Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor or Financial Planning Supervisor
7. Develop and effectively utilize software applications such as: Axiom, Clarity & Epic to support financial planning
8. Establish and manage project timelines for various financial planning projects.

Background/Expertise:
Education:
1. Minimum four (4) year Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Experience:
1. Some Financial Analyst or Accounting experience preferred
Special knowledge, skills, & abilities:
1. Excel Skills required
2. Self-directed, motivated, willing to accept responsibility for own work and is passionate about problem solving.
3. Possesses the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and unpredictable situations.
4. Proven client relationship skills and communicates in an effective manner.
