Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNA (Locum Tenens) - Florida Location: Florida Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (5x8s). No call. No weekends. Must be available for 20 shifts/month. Setting: Acute care / surgery center (care team model; medical direction) Travel and Lodging: Yes Position Overview Provide CRNA anesthesia coverage in a care team model within hospital and surgery center settings. Site Details Practice model: Medical direction (supervision ratio not to exceed 1:4). EMR: SIS (surgery center) and Cerner (hospital). Case mix referenced: orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, neuro. Required Qualifications Active Florida CRNA license at time of submission. Board certified. ACLS and BLS. Minimum 2 years' experience and able to provide 24 months of case logs. Clean file required (no malpractice, licensure, or disciplinary history) per Order notes. Out-of-state candidates only; must provide copy of out-of-state driver's license with presentation per Order notes. Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided) Current CV (MM/YY format) with gaps explained. Skills checklist and required onboarding documents per Order notes.
