Financial Solutions Advisor- Silicon Valley Area

Job Overview Responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients, including building financial plans, recommending brokerage products, and coordinating referrals to internal partners. Key Responsibilities Triage client leads and make referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and build a financial plan. Recommend brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial centre clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and potential product services. Mitigate and control risk and incorporate regulatory due diligence in daily activities. Required Qualifications Current Series7 &66 licenses (or Series63/65 in lieu of 66 with a passing score within 60 days). At least one year of experience in the investment industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Strong communication, client relationship building, goal‑setting, and time‑management skills. Ability to comply with SAFE Act registration and background‑check requirements. Desired Qualifications At least three years of experience in the financial service or sales environment. Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC. Insurance licenses and strong computer skills. Skills Account Management, Advisory, Client Experience, Branding, Customer focus. Pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized, with incentive eligibility under a formulaic incentive plan.
