Specialty: Heart and Vascular Location: 5300 N Meadows Dr, #280, Grove City, OH 43123 Hours of office: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm What You Will Do Performs as liaison between Cardiology physicians, nurses, patients, families and other treating disciplines. Educates and instructs patients/families on continuity of care, procedures and/ or medications. Provide clinical in-basket oversight and coverage via Epic. Complete prior authorizations, FMLA and disability paperwork Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licensure / Certification: In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio Experience: Two years RN experience required; one year experience in a medical office or in Cardiology Specialty preferred Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team Position Highlights And Benefits Mount Carmel Health System recognized by Forbes in 2025 as one of America’s Best State Employers.
