Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school-based PT role preferred, but new graduates with pediatric clinical work are encouraged to apply
• Comfort working with a diverse K-12 student population, including those with varying disabilities and therapy needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and communications in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Work closely with special education teams to support IEP goals and attend relevant meetings
• Empower teachers, support staff, and families with tools and strategies to reinforce gains in mobility and motor function
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment focused on student growth and independence
