Job Details
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls and procedures are being followed.
- Validation and payment of guest vouchers.
- Process tax paperwork for jackpots.
- Make change for guests.
- Maintain a safe work and guest environment.
- Treats each person, guest, or associate as an individual and in a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to stand for the duration of shift.
- Must role model company guest service program
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license.
- Must have previous experience working with and managing large amounts of money.
- Weekends, Holidays and swing shifts will be required.
Other:
- Intermediate computer skills, including e-mail, word, excel spreadsheets, data input and record keeping.
- Basic Math skills, addition and subtraction.
- Able to lift 30 pounds frequently.
