We are currently seeking a  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)a compassionate and driven professional committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based behavioral support, clinical leadership, and meaningful collaboration with care teams.

Position Overview
Status: Contracted (Onsite)
Willing to travel when needed: North Bay and Surrounding Areas
Classification: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Based on individual client needs
Supervises: RBTs, Staff Leads, Assistant Managers, CLIs About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans

• Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventions

• Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making

• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff

• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards

• Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable)

Compensation $80.00 - $100.00 per hour  What You Bring

Education:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses

• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges

Certification:

• Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)
