At Lil' People’s Place, we’re looking for a Lead Infant Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment for our tiniest explorers. Lead a small, supportive team of assistant teachers. Collaborate with families who value your expertise and care. Access professional development and growth opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing Planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities for infants (6 weeks–18 months). Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom. Supporting feeding, nap, and play routines. Communicating with families about their child’s milestones and daily adventures. Mentoring assistant teachers and keeping everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For CDA, Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent experience. Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting. A heart for babies and a knack for building strong relationships with families. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified). Perks Competitive salary and benefits.
