Sansum Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our highly collaborative inpatient team on California's beautiful Central Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice within a physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Hospitalists enjoy a collegial work environment, strong specialist support, and access to a broad network of providers across multiple specialties, allowing for seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

The position follows a hybrid hospitalist model , with an average of 12 shifts per month , including approximately 7 day shifts and 5 night shifts . There is no traditional call responsibility , as all coverage is provided through scheduled shifts.

• $300,000 - $350,000 annual base salary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with directly related experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA Certificate
• Eligible to work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the ability to obtain CA Licensure
