We are looking for either a full-time or part-time hygienist. You choose your days!
Choose anywhere from 1 day to 5 days a week, whichever week days fit your life best. Have the flexibility of temping with the comfort and stability of being with an office you know and trust.

Salaries for hygienists fall in a wide range in this job market. For new hygienists in our office, hourly salary is negotiable and is dependent on the new hygienists skill, experience, and most importantly their natural ability to give our patients the high level of friendliness and service that is our standard. • Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Qualifications:
Valid RDH license in the state of practice (required)
CPR/BLS certification (current and active)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene exams, including periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
Scale and polish teeth using both hand and ultrasonic instruments
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (where permitted) for patient comfort during procedures
Educate patients on individualized oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary impact on oral health
Take diagnostic digital X-rays and interpret preliminary findings for the dentist
Document treatment notes thoroughly in the practice’s electronic health records (EHR) system
