HR - Recruiter

HR RecruiterThe HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for warehouse positions across multiple regions. Must have attention to detail, be proactive and skilled at sourcing top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This position reports to the Sr. HR and Talent Development Manager.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and interview schedules.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and offering candidates.Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Initiate the corresponding prescreening processes based on the job requirements (criminal background, drug screen, DOT medical exam, or MVRs).Seek and document proper approval for MVR/ Background that return as "consider."Properly adjudicate hiring decision based on MVR / Background results in line with company policy and legal requirements.Manage/track current job openings within the HRIS system and SharePoint.Coordinate drug testing and physicals with potential candidates and HR Coordinator, as required.Facilitate a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding through customer service, timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate's questions and provides important information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, start date…)Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.Link job requisitions from HRIS system to our website.Ability to travel to other in state / out of state K&M locations. (Level II)Be backup recruiter for Corporate positions. (Level II)Train new recruiters getting them onboarded and ready to perform level I job duties. (Level II)Be backup to send out and manage electronic onboarding. (Level III)Train new recruiters and help standardize best practices across the recruiting team. (Level III)Be backup for new employee orientation. (Level III)Be the lead for booths at career fairs and other recruiting events. (Level III)Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.Job Requirements:Extensive knowledge of recruiting practices.Ability to work independently and prioritize and organize effectively in a fast paced, professional environment.Ability to communicate and express ideas effectively both in written and oral communications.Possess a friendly and positive attitude and is accurate and detail-oriented.Project a professional image of yourself and the company.Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment and software: computer, telephone, copier, fax and calculator, word, excel.HR Recruiter I Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentHR Certificate or relevant experience or 2 years with K&M TireHR Recruiter II Minimum Qualifications:Qualification for HR Recruiter I; plus2-year business degree or 2 years relevant experience in staffing/recruitingAble to travel to other location (including out of state) OR interview for Supervisor / Manager level positions.HR Recruiter III Minimum Qualifications:Qualifications for HR Recruiter II; plusServe as back-up to HR Recruiting LeadActively participate in Leadership DevelopmentSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
