What You’ll Do as Our Event Coordinator

As our Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing events that showcase the heart and soul of Pink House Alchemy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our team to conceptualize and plan events that align with our brand.
- Managing event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
- Ensuring smooth execution of events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Building relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Handling post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-3 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
