Customer-Obsessed Last Mile Delivery Leader

Stellantis

Auburn Hills, MI

Stellantis is seeking a Last Mile Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery experience across North America, driving on-time performance and customer satisfaction for dealers, aftermarket accounts, and ecommerce buyers. You will lead daily operations across multiple channels, hold carriers accountable through scorecards and SLAs, and partner with procurement to optimize contracts.
