Radiant, a bold El Segundo-based nuclear tech startup, is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lead to build the risk function from the ground up. You will map liability across the business, tailor insurance programs, and align regulatory requirements with strategic growth. This role reports to the VP of Finance and will scale with the company.
