Senior Warehouse Manager

Job Summary Senior Warehouse Manager – Warehouse/Distribution (Victorville, CA) – Responsible for leading the Distribution Center operations and supervising staff to deliver turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions. Key Responsibilities Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction. Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation. Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees; maintain a positive employee relations environment. Maintain open and effective communication within work groups and with other departments. Review data, identify and implement necessary actions for improvement. Manage profit and loss statements based on complexity and scope of the organization. Lead proactive safety program consistent with company policy; enforce safety management plans, training and processes. Monitor maintenance of equipment using checklists and observations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Excellent problem‑solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred. Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse. Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports. Three (3) years or more profit & loss responsibility preferred. One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred. Compensation & Benefits Pay Type: Exempt / Salary (paid twice per month). Annual salary $90,000–$100,000. Annual bonus incentive up to 10% or more of salary. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:00AM – 4:00PM, with availability for other shifts as needed.
