T Palmer Agency, a full-turnkey experiential event marketing agency and custom fabrication/exhibit house based in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics, fabrication, warehouse operations, and installation of trade show exhibits, branded environments, and live event activations. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory tracking, fabrication workflows, logistics coordination, vendor relationships, labor scheduling, and installation & dismantle (I&D) execution across multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in experiential production, trade shows, or exhibit fabrication, with the ability to lead both internal teams and external vendors in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. A hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and the ability to maintain high production quality while balancing budgets, timelines, and operational efficiency are essential to success in this role.

• Lead day-to-day woodshop and warehouse operations, maintaining organized workflows and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate internal woodshop and warehouse staff, as well as external contractors and freelance labor.

• Evaluate project requirements and collaborate with the detailing team to identify necessary setup and production drawings.

• Fabrication and carpentry skills are a requirement.

• Monitor and manage woodshop materials, consumables, and rental furniture inventory while ensuring accurate scheduling and availability.

• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, including sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.

• Streamline warehouse logistics, transportation coordination, and client service processes to support smooth project execution.

• Oversee inventory and equipment orders, ensuring timely procurement and availability.

• Track and report on final product shipments, costs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Generate and present detailed reports for upper management, providing key insights and updates.

• Serve as the on-site lead for large projects, including booth installations and event builds.

• Monitor and control project budgets and deadlines, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate and oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations are consistently met.

• Manage all show service operations, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and on-site production execution.

• Develop and maintain shop and event production schedules to maximize efficiency across prep, build, and installation timelines.

• Direct on-site teams, vendors, and production partners during trade shows and events to ensure seamless execution.

• Write and manage purchase orders for direct materials.

• Assist estimators with project-based cost estimates as needed.

• Travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $130k per year (based on experience)
