The Role As Med Spa Manager, you'll lead the daily operations, performance, and guest experience of Viva's med spa business. You’ll partner closely with providers, guest experience teams, and leadership to drive growth, develop people, optimize schedules, elevate service standards, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
