Locum Tenens Urologist Opportunity - Farrell, PA

VeloSource has a Urologist Opportunity - Farrell, PA

• Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
• DEA Required
• PA State License Required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• Minimum # Years Experience: 3
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; CPR
• Provider will be Required to Work at Multiple Sites
• Frequency of Work at Alternate Site(s): 50/50
• Physician will be working at an outpatient office and will provide inpatient services at other sites.
• APP/Mid-Level Coverage Available
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 5
• 1 full week per month. Provider will provide both call/inpatient coverage and outpatient services.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday only; clinic hours 8a-4p; 24hr shifts 7a-7a
• Candidates Typical Day: One week per month with overnight call with minimal patients scheduled throughout the day
• Types of Calls: 30min Response
• Notes re: Call: Call volume: per night (varies) 0-4 calls a night. Call is not very busy on the weeknights.
• 20-25 patients per day in Clinic
