Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, assist customers in finding the right products, and build lasting relationships.
- Cashiering: Accurately process transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work together to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive environment.
- Positive Attitude: Consistently demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Passion for beauty products and helping others.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
