Instructional Designer

To support the Operations Training team, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design and develop scalable training programs and knowledge resources, transforming complex information into practical learning experiences for Operations teams. Key responsibilities Design and develop various learning experiences, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and create agent-centered training materials Maintain and govern the operational knowledge base, ensuring content quality and organization Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar learning and development role 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management and content strategy Hands-on experience with eLearning content creation using Articulate Rise or similar platforms Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies like ADDIE Strong written communication skills to simplify complex operational concepts for frontline teams
