Auto Mechanic/Body Technician

A fast-growing independent dealership looking for an experienced Body Technician.
Responsibilities:- Body repairs (minor to moderate damage)
- Panel replacement & alignment
- Welding & fabrication (as needed)
- Priming, sanding, prep work
- Full and partial paint jobs
- Color matching & blending
- Bumper repair & refinishing
- Work closely with management on repair approvals
- Proven experience in body work & automotive painting
- Strong prep and paint blending skills
- Welding experience required
- Ability to work independently
- Own basic tools (preferred)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Must maintain clean, professional workmanship
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help us maintain dealership-quality standards at efficient turnaround times.
