- Perform high-quality auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for frame straightening and bodywork.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet repair deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auto body repair.
- 2+ years of experience in auto body repair or related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficient in using auto body repair tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
