Full-Time Working Valet Supervisor

Elite Pro Valet is seeking a dependable, experienced, and service-oriented Working Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations at a luxury residential property in Atlanta.

This is a hands-on supervisory position . The successful candidate will work alongside the valet team while also providing day-to-day leadership, monitoring service quality, addressing performance issues, and ensuring residents and guests consistently receive prompt, professional service.

Valet or parking supervisory experience is strongly preferred ; however, we will consider candidates with proven management or supervisory experience in hospitality, hotels, luxury residential, restaurants, customer service, or another service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the valet team while providing on-site supervision and leadership
• Ensure employees arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready for duty
• Monitor the valet area and ensure residents and guests are acknowledged and assisted promptly
• Park and retrieve vehicles as needed during the shift
• Maintain appropriate staffing and coordinate coverage for call-outs or schedule changes
• Monitor employee attentiveness, professionalism, personal-device use, appearance, and resident interactions
• Coach employees in real time and address performance issues when service standards are not met
• Ensure proper vehicle handling, key control, and safety procedures are followed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area
• Conduct routine quality and service checks throughout the shift
• Communicate operational or staffing concerns promptly to company ownership
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for day-to-day valet matters
• Professionally address resident concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Lead by example and maintain a strong customer-service presence throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience required
• Valet, parking, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, restaurant, or similar service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and employee-accountability skills
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and attentive
• Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance concerns
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during a shift
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Flexible availability based on operational needs

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on leader—not simply someone with a supervisor title.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working alongside the team while also maintaining accountability for the overall operation. You should notice service issues before they become complaints, be willing to correct problems in real time, and understand the importance of attentiveness and professionalism in a luxury residential environment.

You should be someone who leads by example , takes ownership of the shift, and understands that consistent service is the responsibility of the entire team.

Position: Full-Time Working Valet Supervisor
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
