Job Description

Mon-Fri 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 1st Shift Pay Rate: $25HR

Core Responsibilities:

Operating TIG welding equipment.
Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to plan layout and select equipment.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Welding various materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Inspecting welds and performing repairs.
Maintaining welding equipment.

Additional potential duties:

Fabricating and fitting custom parts.
Troubleshooting equipment issues.
Collaborating with teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and precision.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Knowledge of safety practices.
Physical stamina and strength.
Problem-solving skills.
Relevant experience, often 2-3 years preferred.
