Job Opportunity: Full-Time Infectious Disease Physician
Our organization, situated in Abingdon, Virginia, is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician to become part of a well-established and thriving practice within Johnston Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our Infectious Disease Telehealth program aimed at outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new consultations and follow-up visits for inpatient care.
- Manage outpatient responsibilities, including hospital follow-ups and newly diagnosed HIV cases from local health departments or outpatient clinics.
- Provide ongoing care for HIV patients.
