Direct experience in active data center construction environments (e.g., installation, containment, or similar technical scopes) is highly preferred.TechnoGuard is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to oversee installation projects and lead field teams on data center construction sites. This role is responsible for coordinating Team Leads and technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strong safety standards while delivering airflow containment solutions in fast-paced construction environments.ABOUT TECHNOGUARD:TechnoGuard is a provider of airflow management and containment solutions for data centers including design, fabrication, installation, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance. Our success is built on skilled teams, strong safety practices, and a commitment to high-quality work in fast-paced technical environments.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Foreman oversees Team-Leads and Field Technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope. This role serves as the primary field liaison with the Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, and project execution while ensuring Team Leads are supported and positioned for success.Responsibilities and Expectations:Meet with Project Managers prior to project start to understand full scope, schedule, and expectationsOversee daily field operations and support Team Leads in managing their crewsEnsure crews understand project goals, timelines, and safety expectationsMonitor project progress and communicate risks, delays, or material issues to the Project ManagerWork with other trades to communicate to ensure all work is finished properly and project deadlines are met.Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed for successful project executionEnsure daily meetings, reporting, and documentation are completed accurately in AssignarPerform ongoing quality control inspections to ensure work meets TechnoGuard standards; correct any issues as well as report them to project managersIdentify and address job site safety hazards and enforce safe work practicesAssist with continuing education of new hires on site training and monitoring new technicians to ensure safe practicesSupport training and development of technicians through on-the-job coaching and coordination with QC/Trainer; identify technicians that need supplemental trainingCommunicate with Scheduling and Logistics Manager regarding staffing needs and technician attendanceUtilizing Assignar for Service reports, Incident reports, and Discipline reports as needed and when requiredReport issues and write ups in a timely manner and make sure person being written up is aware of their policy infractionComplete Job Service Reports as requiredMaintain and submit daily log of materials pulled from stock/warehouseManage materials on site and forecast any shortages or overages and report issues to PMOversee company vehicles, equipment, and materials to ensure safe operation, proper care and organizationCoordinate/oversee subcontractors and site personnel as requiredMaintain clear communication between field teams and Project ManagersEnsure customer satisfaction through successful completion of project scopeOther duties as assignedSkills & QualificationsExperience performing a Foreman-level role in data center or similar construction environment strongly preferred1-3 years of technician experience required1 year or more management experience requiredAbility to lead and coordinate teams of 10-20 peopleProficiency with hand and power toolsAttention to detail in a busy environmentRequirementsU.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship statusForklift certified or be able to obtain certificationApplicants must be comfortable working at heights and able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, with temperatures ranging between 0°-100°F, and be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand or be moving up to 90% of the workday.A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.Schedule & CompensationFull-time, on-site roleHours: 6AM – 2:30PM Monday to Friday, overtime as requiredPay rate: $30 to $40/hour, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
