Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will ensure our apartment buildings and individual units remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will handle everything from daily work orders and preventative care to full apartment turnovers, directly impacting our residents' quality of life. [1, 2]

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Retirement: 401(k) plan options.
Health: Group insurance plans available.
Paid Time Off: Accrued PTO after a 90-day probationary period.
Holidays: Paid holidays after a 90-day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

Routine & Emergency Repairs

Fix electrical, plumbing, heating, and wiring issues.
Repair household fixtures, toilets, and appliances.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems quickly.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Apartment Turnovers ("Make-Readies")

Prep vacant apartments for incoming residents.
Repair or patch flooring and drywall.
Perform professional painting and deep cleaning.
