About the Role The Sales Support Associate is the operational backbone of our sales organization. You'll work directly with our sales representatives, key accounts, and customers to keep orders accurate, timelines on track, and communication flowing between sales, production, and the warehouse. This is a great role for someone who is organized, service-minded, and energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. You’ll report to the Sales Support Manager and work alongside a close-knit team that takes pride in getting the details right. What You’ll Do Support sales representatives with customer orders, quotes, and account updates via phone and email Enter and manage orders with a high standard of accuracy, including pricing, invoicing, returns, and promotions Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional resolution to questions and requests Monitor open and future orders, flag specialized requests, and keep customers updated on backorders Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on time‑sensitive orders, events, and key account needs Learn our seasonal product lines so you can guide customers to the right choices Keep the sales office organized, documented, and ready for each day What You’ll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems Nice to Have Experience with NetSuite or another ERP for order entry, invoicing, or account management Comfort using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to draft communications, streamline routine tasks, and work more efficiently We value curiosity, follow‑through, and a team‑first mindset over years of experience.
