Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a 29-bed Emergency Department handling daily volumes of around 120 patients, servicing the southern half of Johnson County. The role is suited for self-motivated and team-oriented individuals, comfortable handling inpatient boarders and adaptable to rapidly changing conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a 29-bed Emergency Department.
• Work with a variable schedule including weekend shifts.
• Support a chest pain and primary stroke center.
• Handle daily patient volumes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in the ED within the last 12 months.
• KS or Multi-State RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, & Conscious Sedation Competency.
• Preferred 2 years minimum experience in the ED.
• Additional Certification Preferred: TNCC.
