We're growing and looking for passionate professionals to join our team of more than 200 dedicated staff members providing Family Preservation, Reunification, and community-based behavioral health services.

Home Based Therapist

Base Salary: $47,028 - $58,000+ annually

Starting salary is determined by education, experience, and licensure.

Minimum Starting Pay by Credential

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT: $58,000+
• LSW, LMHC-A, or LMFT-A: $52,500+
• Master's degree in a qualifying Human Services field meeting program requirements: $47,028+

Additional Earning Opportunities

In addition to your base salary, therapists may earn:

• Monthly productivity bonuses
• Licensure achievement bonuses
• Annual Continuing Education reimbursement (up to $500)

Employees in this role have earned over $71,000 through base compensation and uncapped bonus opportunities.

Home Based Family Caseworker I

Base Salary Starting at $40,000 Annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Total Earnings Opportunity

Caseworkers may earn additional income through:

• Overtime opportunities
• Performance bonuses

Employees in this role have earned between $40,000 and $62,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.

Average annual earnings: $44,900

Home-Based Family Caseworker II

Base Salary Starting at $35,838 Annually

Qualifications

One of the following:

• Associate degree plus four years of experience providing services to families
• High School Diploma/GED plus four years of experience providing services to families

Total Earnings Opportunity

Caseworkers may earn additional income through:

• Overtime opportunities
• Performance bonuses

Employees in this role have earned between $35,838 and $50,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.

Average annual earnings: $43,775
