Travel Physical Therapist - $1,827 per week

Job Details Title: Physical Therapist (Travel) Location: Richmond, Virginia Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts) Shift: 12 hours, flexible – Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (Three days 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM, Two days 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM) Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role involves supervising and directing all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients while ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that enable effective community re‑engagement. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals tailored to patients' progression towards discharge. Document medical records clearly, concisely, accurately, and timely in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Provide education to patients, families, students, and coworkers. Participate in the student program with appropriate supervision and evaluations. Engage in professional development through continuing education and self‑study. Maintain professional licensure and adhere to ethical standards. Qualifications & Certifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Previous experience with the agency is highly desired. Compensation Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
