Event Setup Crew Member
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. This hands-on role involves preparing venues for events by setting up. Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess strong communication skills to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, staging, and other event materials
- Follow floor plans and layout instructions accurately
- Ensure setup is completed in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before and after use
- Communicate clearly with team members and event coordinators
- Report any damages or equipment issues promptly
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from event location
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as needed
- Must be available to start as soon as 6/26/26
