Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and oversight of discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Upholds organizational mission, core values, and compliance standards, including patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops evidence-based treatment plans, documents clinical notes clearly and accurately, and ensures care is provided under signed physician orders within insurance and compliance guidelines. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Adheres to regulatory standards and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement initiatives.
• Schedule Details: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours weekly.
