Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on language, voice, fluency, and safe swallowing practices.

Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and family members to devise integrated care plans.

Facilitate educational opportunities for patients and their families to bolster progress outside therapy hours.

Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions on occasion to guarantee smooth continuity of care during treatment.

Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with local, state, and national regulations.

Remain informed and proactive in your professional development through continued education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology obtained from an accredited university.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified yet.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days post-employment.

Demonstrated competence in evidence-based methodologies supportive of all ages, coupled with a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing dysfunctions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team at large.

Capability to adjust therapeutic approaches in response to varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Solid clinical reasoning and acute problem-solving skills.
