Focusing on the architecture and governance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, the full-time Solution Architect will lead initiatives for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform in a fully remote environment, ensuring operational excellence and compliance while partnering with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and governance for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams Define and implement governance frameworks for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency Develop executive dashboards and reporting to monitor platform health, adoption, and governance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience in Microsoft platform architecture with 5+ years in Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions Experience supporting large enterprise environments with over 10,000 users Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Administration Proven experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives within complex global organizations
