Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at Arcova Insurance Brokerage Inc. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting insurance products, and closing sales. This role is located in Brooklyn, NY, with work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Sales Strategy skills
• Networking and Relationship Building skills
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn
• Insurance Knowledge and Understanding of Insurance Products
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (training provided)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• P&C Insurance License preferred

This is a commissions based compensation role with no base salary and unlimited earnings potential.
