Loan Agency Deal Team Operations Analyst I This role focuses on the ongoing administration of active loan facilities from setup through maturity. Responsibilities Setting up new loan facilities in internal loan systems Maintaining loan terms, lender details, and facility information Calculating interest, fees, and payment amounts Preparing and distributing notices related to payments, fundings, rate sets, and conversions Supporting amendments, repricing’s, and loan terminations Responding to borrower and lender inquiries related to loan administration Loan Agency Payments Operations Analyst I This role specializes in the execution, tracking, and reconciliation of loan-related payments. Responsibilities Creating, reviewing, and processing loan payments including fundings and distributions Reconciling bank accounts across multiple banking platforms Generating internal and external client payment reports Researching and resolving payment discrepancies Responding to payment-related inquiries from internal and external parties Supporting reconciliation processes related to reporting and tax requirements Loan Agency Assignments and Intake Operations Analyst I This role focuses on lender onboarding, assignments, and documentation intake.
