Strategic CSM for AI-Powered Presentations (Remote)
Ethos
Ethos is seeking strategic customer success managers to help train an advanced language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft and refine AI-generated decks used in QBRs, renewal cases, and executive updates, working remotely with flexible 5–20 hours weekly.
