Responsibilities As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Connecting with guests, showing gracious hospitality, and choreographing an exceptional dining experience. Providing recommendations based on guest preferences and thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings. Anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining experience. We are about building relationships above a transactional experience. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless timing and accurate service. Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with genuine care and professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience as a server in a high-end dining or upscale restaurant. Strong knowledge of elevated cuisine and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
