We are a thriving, specialized massage practice in Stony Point, seeking a skilled, professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. Compensation & High-Retention Milestone Bonuses:

We believe in rewarding our therapists generously to build long-term partnerships. We offer a straight 50% commission split across all services and enhancements, plus 100% of your tips , alongside an aggressive monthly retention bonus tier:

• Standard 60-Minute Sessions: $60.00 base payout per hands-on hour (50% of our $120 service rate).
• Specialty 90-Minute Sessions: $100.00 total payout per session (50% of our $200 specialty rate).
• Stackable Add-ons: Keep 50% of all client add-ons ranging from $5 to $20 each (scales your earning potential up to $100 per hour ).

Monthly Loyalty & Volume Bonuses:

• Complete 30 hours/month = Unlock a $100 bonus (Effective pay: $63.33/hr)
• Complete 40 hours/month = Unlock a $200 bonus (Effective pay: $65.00/hr)
• Complete 50 hours/month = Unlock a $350 bonus (Effective pay: $67.00/hr)
• Complete 60 hours/month = Unlock a $500 bonus (Effective pay: $68.33/hr)

Requirement:

• Located within a 35-mile radius of Stony Point, NY, for reliable scheduling coordination.
• Advanced training and proficiency in clinical modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point,  Orthopedic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment, or similar modalities). 
• Details of your advanced training in your resume (Training name, date, and description)

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License.
• Professional liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP, or equivalent).
• Active NY massage registration.
