Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment on the factory floor. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently, while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and complete necessary repairs.
• Document all work performed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, focusing on identifying root causes to minimize repeat failures.
• Collaborate with operators, equipment, and process engineers for troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Train new team members as necessary and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

• Proficient in electrical and mechanical repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures to complete tasks and documentation.
• Demonstrates strong work performance in a detail-oriented and time-sensitive environment.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing activities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• 2-Year Technical/Associates Degree or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing and process equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, MES, and report creation.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control methodologies and systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with multimeter, oscilloscope, IR/temp gun, and other troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with low and high voltage electrical systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Peters, MO.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
