Job Description

Experienced technology leader with a proven track record of guiding managers of software engineering teams in complex enterprise environments. Brings strong expertise in modern software delivery, cloud-based technologies, and engineering best practices while building high-performing, collaborative teams. Skilled at partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. Adept at leading transformation efforts that enhance scalability, innovation, and long-term business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering leaders and software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives while improving software quality, scalability, and operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Champion modernization efforts, cloud adoption, and emerging engineering practices to enhance innovation, efficiency, and long-term technology capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience leading managers and enterprise technology teams.
• Proven success delivering large-scale software initiatives within complex enterprise business environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational and technology transformation.
