Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 Hour Days.
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week.
Salary will be based off of experience : $95,000 to $135,000.
Cert and license requirements : BLS, ACLS, MN RN license.
Must have at least 3 years working in a surgery department.
Education requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
Preferred qualifications : CNOR certification, Master’s degree in nursing or related field, at least 3 years of previous management experience.
Charting system : Epic.
Scrub colors : No specific colors, Jewelry and Body adornment policy : Policy can be provided if requested.

Job Summary: The Director of Surgical Services provides oversight of day-to-day operations of the surgery department. They are responsible for the overall direction and management of the surgical services area, including pre-op, PACU, Operating room, central processing department, as well as the orthopedic and general surgery outreach clinics. The Director of Surgical Services ensures that the department and its resources are managed in accordance with RLMC’s Mission, Vision, and Values and in compliance with regulatory organizations, external accrediting agencies and licensing bodies. \nCompany Description
